Missed-appointment policy
If you can't make it, call us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed outright, carry a $50.00 no-show or cancellation fee. This policy has been in place since June 1, 2022, and applies to every patient so we can keep appointment times open for people who need them.
